Captain Phillips has definitely got to be one of my favourtie films if you have not watched it yet i would suggest to right away. Paul Greengrass has definitely provided us with the insight of the true story of what happened in 2009 with Phillips been captured by Somali Pirates! Although this is not like any of the Bourne Films which are ultimately brilliant films the Captain is definitely opposite of Jason Bourne. This film does take a while to get into but when the action starts you are on the edge of your seat! Also with the Somali Pirates being real and have not ever acted their acting is that of one who has been in many other films. They are excellent! From watching this film we understand the real power the Government has within the US and we appreciate the work they put it. Tom Hanks has played his role superbly and has got to be the most suited for this film. This is a must see film which shows us what modern day pirates are not like Pirates of the Caribbean
