Its the last day of school at a high school in a small town in Texas in 1976. The upperclassmen are hazing the incoming freshmen and everyone is trying to get stoned drunk or laid even the football players that signed a pledge not to.

Review

Intelligent comedydrama about the last days of a bunch of high school seniors having a big bash in 1976. Excellent film all around with a well written script by director Linklater and a superb cast that features McConaghey plus one of the finest compilations of classic rock ever.
