Review
Timberlake is in my opinion one of the best hosts of recent times (he has won two Emmys for his guest hosting appearances). He hosts the show for a fifth time which lets him join the FiveTimers Club which was the monologue sketch which had previous hosts such as Candice Bergan and Tom Hanks as well as past cast members Dan Aykroyd and Martin Short working for this SNL history makers. This was all together one of the better episodes of the show in quite some time with nearly every sketch at least having one laugh. Justin Timberlake was once again funny bringing back such characters as ȭ%ck In A Box" guys and the Ville guy to name a few. My favourite sketch of the episode was Weekend Update because it saw the final return of Stefan and once again he was funny with both the delivery and the fact he had not been on the show in some time. Justin Timberlake was both the host and the musical guest and his two performances of "Suit & Tie" and "Mirrors" were both good. My least favourite sketch of the episode was the movie trailer they did because it seemed so cliché at the start and the conclusion was just not good and disappointing. A mixed episode overall with Timberlake showing his true acting chops belong on TV comedies rather then dramatic films were he is just not good.
EPISODE GRADE B (MVP Justin Timberlake)
